Started Quilting

Hi friends!
Beautiful but cold!
I am going to sandwich and quilt each block , this is the first.

Got it done last night and was ready to start this morning.

I am straight line quilting and leaving a inch or more on the edges so i can join them together. Need to do another so i can try it as see how it goes..
I may use a saching in the middles so i am leaving a inch or two of battening on each edge.
I will let you know how it goes later this week , i hope.
