Taking the Border off!

Hi friends!
I had already sandwiched it but didn't like the border so i spent Sat. taking it off.
Lea Ann suggested a double border to use so i am going that way and sew them together in one piece and then add then on, because it want be fun with it already sandwiched.

I made this for our grandson but they haven't been over in months so haven't been able to give it to him. With two ball players they are never at home!
We are much to old to stay on the go all the time like they do  Like all our kids do for that matter!
I used to , i worked and on my days off i keep grands so their parents could work.
Well i must get some sewing done.
